From time to time, I'll pass by this guy at the coffee bar at the office. His coffee cup is filled nearly to the brim with hot water and in go the tea bags for a nice steep. Add a little cream, maybe some sugar and he's good to go. The thing that confuses me is that when I say nearly, I mean nearly and there's spillage. One would think that you'd figure out that a little less water to begin with means a little less overflow. Just sayin'.
