The turkey has been purchased and the game plan is set in ink (when to start thawing, prep stuffing, cranberries). I haven't quite hit the total freak out moment, but I'm sure it will come. I've never cooked a turkey before. Sure, I've helped out Mom in the kitchen, but this will be the first time I've had to deal with it all on my own. And by own I mean no less than 5 calls to the Mom Hotline.
