After living in Bakersfield for several years, there were annual events that I always looked forward to like the Greek Festival and Via Arte (sidewalk chalk art). Now that I've started on my second year in Houston there are similar annual events that have a coveted spot on my calendar. There's White Linen Nights as well as Lights in the Heights, the various St. Arnold's Pub Crawls, and today there was ArtCrawlHouston. Artists open up their studios, galleries, and even homes to share a bit of their work with a slew of people that wander in and out of doors. Got a bit of a later start this year, but I did take a few photos along the way.
